My husband just purchased 2018 Honda Pilot. Sales person is nice but really disappointed with the finance dept. 1. They didn’t offer us any other financing option from other bank, he even refused when my h is nice but really disappointed with the finance dept. 1. They didn’t offer us any other financing option from other bank, he even refused when my husband wanted to get a quote from his bank. He only wants us to do finance with Honda (5.4% APR in 72mos), well to make it easier finally my husband agree. 2. He said that all the add on are our benefits and part of our finance plan so we couldn’t take it off. He never told us that it’s ADD ON. Benefit and add on are totally different words. I just knew that it’s add on by reading our finance disclosure. I don’t want to spend $3200 for add on. I went back the next day to return all the add on but he said we couldn’t returned all that had been installed. I don’t want to spend $3200 for lojack, dash cam and alarm when I could get all of them for less than half price. It’s all way overpriced. I’m really unhappy with this situation. As a customer i have rights to buy something that i want to buy, not to be forced or be tricked . I only want to buy a car WITHOUT any add on. I’m really unhappy with this. More
