4 hours for a simple inspection I was very disappointed in this "service" department. I had an appointment for 10:00 am. for a safety inspection. It took about 60 minutes from when I I was very disappointed in this "service" department. I had an appointment for 10:00 am. for a safety inspection. It took about 60 minutes from when I arrived to when I was able to get the car into the parking area and for the service advisor to take my information. The advisor said it would take about 2 hours for the inspection. I just needed a new-car safety inspection. After two hours, I got a text message that said that my car's repairs were underway at 1:02. After another hour and a half waiting, I went back to the service advisor and asked when the car would ready. They said ten minutes later that there is still one car ahead of my car and that it would be another 1/2 hour until the car is inspected. Over 4 hours for a simple inspection. I told them I want my car out now and it still took them 20 minutes. 4 hours and no inspection. Needless to say, I will never return to this dealership for sales or service. More

From the time we walked in, David was extremely attentive; taking the time to only show us cars in our budget range, listening to our preferences (neutral colors only, low mileage, etc.) He was very clear and concise and explained the entire financing process every step of the way. We can't say enough good things about him. He is considerate, communicates clearly, and seems to genuinely want people to walk away happy with their car and purchase. We found him to be just a very considerate, awesome individual to work with. Our Finance Manager, Mack, was also very clear and transparent on everything and took the time to answer all our questions. We can't recommend Paragon Honda enough - the staff is A+ and their inventory is also awesome so you're bound to find something within your specifications. More
