They give you a good price and then screw you in the financing. beware of giving a deposit or taking the car with a down payment before the financing is fully approved by the finance company. The will "approve" you in the showroom only to call you a day later that your loan was rejected by honda finance. then they will offer you outrageous finance rates, if you decline they will not give you your down payment back, if you want to leave the showroom with the car to arrange for finance from a different source, they will threaten to call the cops. so basically either you accept their finance rate or leave the car and your down payment and hope you get one or the other later. stay away from this dealership, its big but it seems it has made its money by coning and cheating customers. you will feel uneasy as soon as you enter the dealership, i did and I should have trusted my guts and left, but instead I "struck a deal" with them and had a traumatic experience. First of all, when I first stepped in the door, I was greeted with a warm, friendly welcome. I was offered a cup of coffee (a couple of times) while waiting for paperwork etc. to be done. A Mr. Sayed, who was my salesman, was very, very nice. All while there, I was treated more like part of a 'family'. I didn't feel so nervous anymore....especially when purchasing a 'USED' auto. But the most exciting part---- was the auto that I purchased!!!! Not only did it look 'new' on the outside AND the inside, the price that I paid for it,(with the taxes and all) was UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!. I really couldn't believe my eyes! These guys really have great cars there! Couldn't believe these cars, etc. was 'used'. And the way I was treated...taken to the car and 'introduced' to all the inside features by Evelyn was very appreciated. I truly left there with a smile.(smile). We came to Paragon Honda in search for a new vehicle to replace our current 2009 Altima. The sales representative Billy Sanchez was very helpful in identifying the vehicle that best fit our budget. He was very patient with us since we were in a tight budget and required a very 'structural' deal. His manager, Ralphie, was extremely kind and facilitated the sales process very well. From what we saw, Billy was more concerned with our happiness rather than his commission he was going to make from the sale. We called him day and night and each time he would answer the phone with the same enthusiastic tone. Our finanace manager William Liang, treated us like human beings rather than a 'numerical figure'. He catered to our needs and was sensitive to our current financial situtation. Each time we went to the dealership we were treated with respect and dignity. Not only by the sales staff that we were directly dealing with but with all sales staff on the floor. Elsie Tavarez, delivery coordinator, was very comforting, even though we hadn't closed the deal yet. She comforted us and told us, 'We at Paragon Honda are committed to serving our customers and when you are determined to get something you will get it'. And that is indeed what they did. When we weren't getting approved for the loan we needed to purchase our new car, the finance manager Joy, came into the picture to assist. They ended up adjusting the price of the vehicle to adjust to our 'limited budget'. The total process took about 4 days but in the end it was all worth it. The day we drove off in our new car, 3 different sales people came to us and congratulated us on the purchase and how the wait paid off in the end.
