Paragon Honda - Service Center

I went to Paragon Honda for a scheduled maintenance service, and as soon as I got to the door I was greeted by service Advisor Eddie Fernandez.Eddie then, took to his desk and explained to me every ite service, and as soon as I got to the door I was greeted by service Advisor Eddie Fernandez.Eddie then, took to his desk and explained to me every item that will be seviced on the vehicle based on the mileage. He was very courteus and the price he told it would cost, was what I paid. I had a fantastic customer service experience with Paragon Honda. I brought my 2002 VW Jetta into be serviced because I was having problems starting it and because the driver side mirror had been bro Paragon Honda. From the moment I arrived at Paragon, I received amazing service. Anthony Petito, the service manager, couldn't have been more helpful. He communicated with me throughout the process - telling me exactly what they were doing to my vehicle, what they had found, how they were fixing it, and making sure that I received the best price for the required parts. When my car was returned to me personally by Nestor Dure, one of the service technicians, I hardly recognized it, it looked like a new car! Not only had the repaired the vehicle, they had cleaned it up from top to bottom. My car is driving better and looking better than it has in years. Thank you so much Paragon Honda, I will be back!! I like the dealership because first of all that's where I bought my car. I have not gone anywhere to service my car but to Paragon. Service department always dependable to provide you with number one service and customer care. Never had any complain or problem when they say they will have my car ready by cetain time frame they always de number one service and customer care. I went in with a coupon for front brakes. Of course when they checked my brakes were fine. I call that a crock of ****. recommend work that does not need to be done. My transmision fluid need to be chang they checked my brakes were fine. I call that a crock of ****. recommend work that does not need to be done. My transmision fluid need to be change, air filter, in cabin air filter, shocks, all my fluids were black, and bushings. These thing were changed about a month ago minus the shocks and bushing( which are valid repairs) They practice bait and switch. Beware of these friendly crooks. More
