We test drove the vehicle the first night and were presented numbers which were way off from what we expected or could afford. However, on Tuesday, we received a call from Michael stating he was able to do some work to get the numbers closer to our budget. We went in on Wednesday after 4 and by 6:30 all of the paperwork had been completed. Just a note, the only reason it took that long is because my wife and I kept giving Scott different scenarios to come up with a payment option that worked best for us. They worked with us and I returned to look at the car in the daylight on Saturday morning. They allowed me to take the car for an extended test drive. When the time came for us to purchase the car and sign the paperwork, we were in and out in less than 30 minutes. The salesman were both outstanding to work with during the whole experience. I inquired about the car and lucky for me...Mark was the Sales Representative that responded. It did not work out with the car I wanted (nothing to do with Paramount), but Mark Engle found the same Make and Model in a newer year for me! I am still in shock that Mark worked so hard to find the car I requested. I drove 1hr and 15 minutes to check out the car. Mark was easy going, funny, and very professional. We laughed a lot through the process. I felt like family by the time I left! The whole Paramount team is super nice. I would recommend Mark Engle to anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle. The one negative for the dealership was that I find out 15 minutes before driving away with the car that they only had one key for it. As the key costs me $250 to replace, they should have offered to make a second key at little or no charge. Everything else was professional and efficient. More
