Typical double talk and double dealings dealership! I hate getting lied to and my time and gas wasted! I wanted to buy a car from there after seeing posting on the company's website for a used car. I c I hate getting lied to and my time and gas wasted! I wanted to buy a car from there after seeing posting on the company's website for a used car. I called asked a few questions and told the salesman what I was willing to spend on this car. I made an offer, I knew it was what I had been searching for. I told them this is my price offer, I can pay the taxes and tag also, but this it. After two phone calls so he could ask his Sales Manager ( again and again) about the price and other questions, I was assured that this not out of the question offer and to come down they can make us happy with pricing. Bunk! We brought cash money to pay for it, these jokers were NOT even close to the priced offered, it was going to be nearly another $1000 above the original advertised price!! What the heck kind of bull is that!? So not only did they manage to waste our time and gas and hours waiting on the car to " get ready", they managed to upset my wife and make her cry! Truth be told seeing her upset made me more upset, getting lied to chaps my arse every time, but to hurt someone I care about make the fire worst. I gave them an ear full, trust me. But dirty dealings and lack of honesty shows me what kind of people these are, run of the mill high pressure sales team you can get at any old new car dealership, anything for a sale. ** In the boss below I was force to chose aa salesmen, not up to date, I just chose Management in general. NO OTHER CHOICE THERE. More

All communications by phone or email were prompt, and Michael worked around our schedule for us to travel from out of town to test drive the car. We were very pleased and decided to purchase. Having dealt with the old back & forth with previous car purchases, I sat back and was ready to do this again. To my great pleasure, Michael came into the cubicle, sat down, and presented their offer. The VW was already priced below the average market value, and they then offered a very attractive trade in value for the Jeep. The offer was so good, I simply sat back, thanked them for being so fair, and accepted their offer as presented. In and out, very smooth and pleasant process. Everyone was extremely friendly and willing to do whatever we needed while at the dealership. I have already shared my pleasant experience with friends and family. I will certainly purchase from this dealership again. More

Great Experience After seeing several cars I was interested in on the Paramount Ford Hyundai of Valdese website, I emailed them. We set up an appointment day. Brent was very understanding of what I wanted in a car and listened to everything I had to say. He was very patient as I shopped for the perfect vehicle for me. He answered every question I had. Brent led me to Scott McKinney in Finance and Scott was a pleasure to work with also, as he explained all of the options available. Brent was just an overall excellent salesman. He made my experience of buying a car enjoyable.
