He made me feel right at home the moment I met him, after looking several other places I knew I had to go back & buy my car from him & for as long as he is there I will never buy a car from any other dealer. A Great Experience in Car buying. When it became apparent that I needed another car, I decided to stop in to check out the pre-owned Hyundais at Paramount, from the moment I was greete When it became apparent that I needed another car, I decided to stop in to check out the pre-owned Hyundais at Paramount, from the moment I was greeted by Travis on the lot, I was treated with patience and respect. I looked at several cars and then brought my wife to look at a couple. We had been looking at Honda and Toyota cars but it became apparent to us that they Hyundais Paramount in Valdese were a much value (similar cars at a couple thousand less, with superior warranties). On our third visit, we made the purchase, we received a great trade-in offer on two older cars and a good price on our new to us Sonata. We were in a rush (my mistake) and missed something on the financing that included something we did not want, but Scott was very helpful and got it straightened out for us when we called. We were very impressed with the overall experience. Thanks, Travis, Scott and Paramount!!! More

Great deal, great service!!!!! Just drove home in my new 2016 Ford Escape. About a year ago, we bought a new Explorer from Michael. We had looked at several dealers and just could Just drove home in my new 2016 Ford Escape. About a year ago, we bought a new Explorer from Michael. We had looked at several dealers and just could not get to the deal we wanted. Michael gave us a great trade in value and a great price on the new explorer with very helpful, easy going service. When I started to look for an Escape this year, Michael is the first dealer I called. Since I live in Huntersville, I looked at cars closer to home to help me decide the options and colors I wanted. And, of courses, the dealers I went to tried to sell me their cars. We even did the truecar.com quote and had several dealers respond to sell us an Escape with their best deals. Michael beat the true car quote and gave us a good trade in value again. Even though the drive is an hour to get to Paramount Ford, we went with Michael again. And again, Scott in Finance was awesome as well! We chose the car we wanted and Michael went and got it for us himself. By the time we came to get our car it was totally ready to go and our whole time to sell the trade in and finance the car was a total of 30 min. No pressure to buy the extra coverages or anything. What a wonderful car buying experience! Highly recommend these guys at Paramount! More
