If you are looking for a service department that will use any excuse to overcharge you for any type of service, this is the place. Every single time I have ever brought my vehicle here to have some work done any excuse to overcharge you for any type of service, this is the place. Every single time I have ever brought my vehicle here to have some work done, they have always “recommended“ preventative maintenance That no one else does. Also, when I call around to double check their estimate and quote, they are usually triple the price of any other reputable mechanic. I purchased my Hyundai here, and I wish I had gone literally anywhere else. Their sales people will call you monthly asking you to purchase another vehicle, or trade in your existing vehicle, and they will “keep your monthly payment the same“. Never mind the fact that you will lose all of the equity or value in your vehicle as they push you into another finance agreement. Please do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else for a vehicle purchase, but especially for maintenance. I have never found a bigger rip off in my life for servicing my vehicle. More

After attempting several back and further texts with Heather Childers, I offered $41,000 (from $42,800) on my 2021 Chrysler 300 S as a selling point for my trade in and she decline again. I even offere Heather Childers, I offered $41,000 (from $42,800) on my 2021 Chrysler 300 S as a selling point for my trade in and she decline again. I even offered to take out my upgraded JL Audio System. I can't take off the $2,000 Ceramic Coating. But their dealership wants me to drive 60+ miles just for a possible $39,000 trade in value on my car??? They are telling me my car depreciated $11,000-$12,000 with 4,400 miles on it?? In this day and age of Use Car PRICES?? EVERY car has gone up in value. But mine seems to be only one that has NO VALUE. Their price on the 2021 Ford Edge ST is excellent but as usual trade in stinks. This is why I CAN'T recommend this dealership. More
