This was my second experience purchasing a truck from Paramount Ford. I was ordering a custom Transit Van with 20+ options. I had tried to order at several other larger Ford dealers as far away as Charlotte but none of them could get it correct. Michael nailed it the first had tried to order at several other larger Ford dealers as far away as Charlotte but none of them could get it correct. Michael nailed it the first time and even suggested some other options I had not considered which I subsequently added. And, we negotiated our way to a very competitive price. When the vehicle arrived at the dealership he had it ready to go in a day, cleaned, tank of gas and the AC on. (It was hot!) Michael went through some of the more complicated systems with us and once the paperwork was completed we were on our way. Due to COVID and the chip shortage the van took a while to build, but Michael kept us up to date on a regular basis. All in all an excellent experience. More
