I recently purchased a Ford Transit AWD from Paramount Ford. The Transit had less than 3000 miles when I got the drive mode not available error. I first called the sales person and the sales manager and d Ford. The Transit had less than 3000 miles when I got the drive mode not available error. I first called the sales person and the sales manager and described the problem to them both. They both told me they would get back to me but this never happened. I took the vehicle in on December 7, 2020. They told me there was no fault code. When i look on the Ford app it states there was a drive train malfunction on November 27, 2020. I took the vehicle to another Ford dealership and was told there was an issue with the actuator in the transfer case and that it would need to be replaced. Paramounts lack of competence in diagnosing the issue and their not calling me back is the reason for the 1 star review. More
