BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP they advertise one price on their website and by the time you go to the dealer and start working on numbers they will say its a price mistake they can they advertise one price on their website and by the time you go to the dealer and start working on numbers they will say its a price mistake they cant honor the price on their website. Here is what happened Called the dealer to make sure if the car is available and they confirmed its available and confirmed on the website price too. Drove down two hours from my place spent an hour at the dealership to take a look at the car , test drive . by the time we started discussing numbers sales guys said its a mistake and they cant honor the price. they could have told it when i called them or at-least when we arrived at the dealership. Instead they mentioned it at the end. Its not about money , the time that we wasted at this made me to write this review. Even at the time of writing this review they have the same price listed on their website which they said happened by mistake. Dont want the same to happen to someone else. More

Very impressed with Paramount Ford Hyundai of Valdese I had excellent service on my 2011 Hyundai that had to be towed to Paramount, but decided to investigate the possibility of trading it for something n I had excellent service on my 2011 Hyundai that had to be towed to Paramount, but decided to investigate the possibility of trading it for something newer that might be more reliable and cost-efficient. Service Advisor Terry Taylor referred me to Christopher Arrowood or Brent Buff in sales. I was placed with Christopher. He was great and impressed me as knowledgeable and trustworthy. I appreciated his care and thorough research in identifying an appropriate vehicle for me - a 2018 Ford Fiesta with just over 5000 miles - which I now own. He stayed late, but showed no impatience, convincing me that my satisfaction was paramount. Brent Buff inquired about how I was being treated during the process to which I could honestly respond, "great."
