New Car Purchase Cole is young and I understand new to this dealership, however he did an excellent job in helping negotiate a deal on the 2019 Mustang we purchased. O Cole is young and I understand new to this dealership, however he did an excellent job in helping negotiate a deal on the 2019 Mustang we purchased. Our only concern was and still is either a bump in a tire or maybe a wheel alignment issue did and still is causing a degree of vibration at speeds between 30 and 50 miles per hour. Cole told us the service department thought it would be a good idea to drive the car for a period of time and see if the vibration ceased. I understand the vehicle has set for 4-5 months on the lot. At this point I have driven the vehicle about 250 miles and the issue still occurs. I'm OK with driving it a little further to see if it helps. Just do not want the problem to continue indefinitely. I know that he has a job to do and that’s how he makes his living, but he put me at ease and did not pressure me about ANYTHING - What a Christian demeanor he displayed . He was honest and forthright AND answered all my concerns. As a 60yr old women by myself buying a new car ... my experience was EXCELLENT!! My Son lives 3 states away and wasn't there to offer me help BUT Cullen treated me like he would want someone to treat his own mother or family member. That speaks volume!!! . Cullen added value to my opinions and listened to what I was looking for in a car. His main focus was wanting me to be happy. I picked out a car online that I was interested in. But After my test drive this car did not have all the bells and whistles or feel like my last Elantra did. Cullen listened to me and asked me to take a look at ONE other car. First off I HATED THE COLOR... but after sitting in the car and listening to Cullen carefully go over me some of the features, I slowly became a little interested ... BUT I still hated the Color. I was dead set on a Silver car. Cullen reminded me that it’s what’s on the inside that counts and the little extras like dual heated seats, blind spot side mirror light indicators ( I didn’t even know such existed) and XM radio ( which is 1 feature I have to have) was important and would make me happier - then color doesn’t matter. Because I don’t even see the color when I’m in the vehicle! What a smart smart young man!!! Those words made me realize that he was right. You get one shot to get what is important to you and the features outweighted the color anyway. Then he asked me to take a drive. I said no at first. But let me tell you. I forgot all about the Grey color. I fell in love. . That sold me!!! Because I wanted the comfort of not having to hunt as to where my buttons are located. And just like an “ old slipper” I wanted my new car to feel like my old car. I loved my old car I liked the comfort of my 2017 Elantra and the 2020 model had almost all the buttons in the same location. Plus a sunroof and heated seats. How could you pass that up. And a push button start. Cullen sold me without a hard sales pitch. He just explained the features and I was amazed and the happiness my heart felt❤️ I love live love this new car. This is my 3rd Hyundai and I would always return to this dealership for my next Hyundai. Nice, friendly , knowledgeable, personable Salesman and also a quick sales process!!! Excellent Salesman Cullen Tompkins!! Excellent Finance Manager, Mark Robinson and The Service Dept. Internet Dept lady called me literally 2 seconds after I submitted my request regarding my interest in a car. Sorry I forgot her name. At 7:30pm I had the keys to my new car! and I love the color. :) A+A+A+. All the way around. I left with my new 2020 Hyundai Elantra a very happy lady!!!!
