We came to a preliminary agreement, subject only to what I had disclosed about the age and condition of my car. When I arrived at the dealership, Mike had the Palisade ready to test drive and spent time with my wife and me reviewing the various features while his counterpart evaluated my trade in. He did a great job communicating and corralling the various individuals at the dealership that needed to weigh in on the decision.
