I was told the vehicle was in Charlotte and would most likely be Monday before it was on their lot. I was ok with that but Monday came and went. Today is Thursday July 11th and still no car. I understand that sometimes there is complications, but I am truly amazed at the lack of dealership comradery between this dealership and the one my car was purchased from. When you sign your life away and pay $40K for a vehicle their should be more follow through. Everyday I was waiting for my vehicle was a new excuse as to why I don't have it. More

Buyer Beware - This dealership steers financing rate! Cosigning for my grandson to purchase a first car. Already had the tag on the new car and everything when we visited the finance department. Mr. Queen Cosigning for my grandson to purchase a first car. Already had the tag on the new car and everything when we visited the finance department. Mr. Queen in finance said BB&T looked at the lowest credit score first and could only offer 18%. Then, he offered 7.75% with Citizens, then 4.45% with Citizens. I have already reported to BB&T, who offered 4.75% at 5 yrs. and 3.65% at 4 yrs. since I have an 837 credit score. This dealership tacks on interest rates to make back there money and tries to take advantage of young buyers. It is legal to tack on interest rates, so be careful. However, it is not legal to not disclose which interest is coming from the banks, and which is coming from the dealership. If this dealership lies about finance rates, what else are they lying about? We left. More
