Great experience I went alone to the dealership to look for a vehicle. Right away I was made to feel like I was in charge. I never felt out of place one moment. I told my salesman, Brandon Thompson, what I was needing and looking for in a vehicle and he immediately showed me my options and I even test drove a vehicle. Brandon was very courteous and polite and even offered me a bottled water on such a hot day. I declined because I already had some but he didn't have to offer. He already knew that I would not be making a purchase that day because my husband was at work. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered all of my questions. During the time I was waiting on my husbands schedule to be clear, I did not feel harassed by the dealership and that was a major plus! I did have Brandon searching for other vehicles that I may be interested in and he sent me what I asked for in email. I would text him and email him quiet often during those days and he always got back to me. We came back days later and purchased the vehicle I had picked out. More

First Hyundai I know Phil that is over Paramount, so I knew this was my best bet. Not really familiar with Hyundai's but knew I would leave with a car. I had an accident where my car was totaled and needed a car asap. I spoke to Colby and Phil with what I was looking for, and price I was willing to pay. Went in with hopes of a SUV but left with a Hyundai Sonata. Very happy with the choice, the car was used but in very good shape. Colby was very friendly and made the situation a lot nicer. Will definitely recommend Paramount. More

My car buying experience I knew exactly what I wanted, seeing as how I was a sonata owner before my purchase. I ended up with my second choice in color. I wanted a blue sonata I knew exactly what I wanted, seeing as how I was a sonata owner before my purchase. I ended up with my second choice in color. I wanted a blue sonata turbo but the other dealership in concord wouldn't dealer trade. Ended up buying a white one. Colby was helpful, but it was really Candy that got me to buy it. It was quick and painless, I told them what I had to put down and where I needed my pmt. I would definitely recommend this dealership and have before. Steve Dunbar bought a sonata from y'all. He was referred by me and candy. The 3 complaints (which aren't a big deal) 1. As I wanted a blue sonata, colby told me that was not a problem. That paramount could get me anything I wanted. Not his fault the other dealership wouldn't trade, but he shouldn't tell a customer that he can get them the color option if he doesn't know for sure. Again, not his fault! He was very helpful and professional. 2. What you call a detail dept is a joke. I expected my brand new car to be showroom clean when I picked it up. It definitely was not!! I could do a better job in the dark! I was very disappointed that my brand new car wasn't clean. The windshield was a smeary mess. There was still sticky stuff on my door panels. The plastic was never removed from my pedals. My wheels were still nasty. The list goes on. I wouldn't give the detail job a 1 star. 3. The tank was not full. Candy had to go back in and get some kind of paper so we could fill it up on the dealership's tab. All in all my experience was pleasant. My car will definitely be serviced at paramount. More
