The salesman we had, Charles, was extremely informative and helpful in every way. We had visited previously and test drove the 2017 Elantra with Charles but sadly could not purchase that day. When we returned he made sure to go over the entire car again to make sure that was the one my wife wanted and that she felt c ok comfortable in it while driving. He helped her with everything inside and outside the car, hands free calling, changing media, mirrors, seats, back up camera, etc. Even went as far to show her how to open the fuel door, trunk, and hood. His patience and overall knowledge was key in the whole experience. More
