He even kept a straight face when I quoted what I wanted for my trade. If I had a question, he was always a step ahead, if we wanted something he made it happen. There was absolutely no pressure and we believe we received a fair deal. Look up those vehicle values yourself and you will see. At the end of a very long day Matt Church took the time to explain the extra wrap around warranty , which of course we bought. These two guys are the best, they're a great team at Paramount. Won’t go anywhere else! 3rd car purchase! I just purchased a 2016 Genesis G80 sedan today, my 3rd car purchase from Paramount Hyundai over the last 8 years. I previously purchased a 2011 Sonat I just purchased a 2016 Genesis G80 sedan today, my 3rd car purchase from Paramount Hyundai over the last 8 years. I previously purchased a 2011 Sonata and a 2014 Genesis sedan. I’ve always come back to Paramount because of the great sales staff and service department. Jesus Jimenez was my salesperson today and was fantastic! He was genuine, honest, and showed me only cars I was truly interested in, which I appreciated. He went above and beyond to make sure I knew about each car’s features, etc. In addition, he made sure I got the most car for my money. He also went the extra mile with the finance department to make sure I was happy with the purchase price of the car (he went back and forth to finance department as many times as I needed him to until we reached a price I was happy with). Jesus was also a no-pressure salesman. I never felt uncomfortable/pressured to buy. Ask for him should you be interested in purchasing a vehicle there! You won’t be disappointed. I’ll return in a year to purchase my 16-year old son a vehicle, as well. I won’t be going anywhere else. They value repeat customers as much as they do new ones! More

Very Pleasant and Knowledgeable Young Man JJ was very helpful and efficient. The Hyundai dealership is small and it felt personal as opposed to some of the larger operations. I purchased a loaded used car and am very happy with my choice with one exception. I did not realize (my mistake completely) that it did not have a CD player. (One would think a fully loaded car would have a CD player). After signing all the papers, I got into the car for final instructions and realized the deficiency. JJ told me I could go to Best Buy and have one installed. When I further tried to comment about this, JJ seemed to gloss over it. While it is true, I can have Best Buy install one, it requires removal of navigation system, radio, etc. and is very expensive. I wish this had been explained when I questioned JJ. Having a CD player installed in newer cars can be far more extensive than one might imagine. Other than this, I am very pleased with sale. More

Misleading Advertising I was interested in a Mini Roadster advertised online by Paramount Hyundai. Received a call from Charles who was more than accommodating and within 3 I was interested in a Mini Roadster advertised online by Paramount Hyundai. Received a call from Charles who was more than accommodating and within 30 minutes I had a "deal" sent via text. Suddenly the $11,812 price tag jumped to $13,064. The milage on the car was high and it was priced in the range of what a turbo would cost, but this one wasn't a turbo. However, the ONLY reason I inquired was due to the fair price originally advertised. That is the right number for that car. Doc fees, this fee, that fee, and every other was suddenly added on to the final offer I got via text... FYI... doc fee's or "admin" fees are a crock. They are unnecessarily added into the deal for either the salesman's comission or whatever else deemed necessary by the dealer. We all have to feed our family, granted, but if you are going to advertise... advertise With THE FEES HIDDEN IN HE DEAL BY THE END! By and large this car was over priced and it was a waste of my time. I would have bought the car for the number advertised. More
