Jesus and Trenton made the buying experience pleasureable. Trenton started out my experience. He was very friendly easy going and personable. He was knowledgeable of the used BMW. When i returned after my test Trenton started out my experience. He was very friendly easy going and personable. He was knowledgeable of the used BMW. When i returned after my test drive with my wife, Jesus took over for Trent who was with another customer. He was very friendly, knowledgeable of the many BMW features. He seemed genuinely happy to help us and was so easy to deal with. Trent came back to close the deal and was able to make the deal satisfying and quick. These 2 salesman were probably the best 2 I have ever dealt with. I will say that the Paramount dealerships have sold me multiple vehicles for almost 30 yrs. and I have only had a couple of service complaints during that time. More

Mr. Jimenez is patient and knowledgeable...he really goes the extra mile to listen and assist. I would encourage anyone to visit him at Paramount Hyundai of Hickory...it's an hour plus ride for me, and well worth it. I have worked with the public for many years, and Jesus places value on providing excellent customer service, which I find impressive. He was super kind to me and my elderly Mom, and I appreciate that so much. He also listens to what your needs and wants are, instead of trying to push you into something that may not be a good fit.
