The best part was that he didn't push her toward a sale and made sure she knew that she could always come back if things were not right this time. Luckily for my mother, she was able to find what she wanted and even ended up with "more" car for less than she thought. After explaining to multiple people at the facility that I wasn't interested in purchasing a new vehicle, and just was curious about the rates on the refinance, the team began their work and came up with a much better deal for me. I live in Raleigh, so I was delighted when they said they would help me handle it remotely. I was surprised when I woke up Saturday and had voicemails and text messages telling me that someone was on their way to my house with the paperwork. The convenience was absolutely appreciated, however the method could use some work, as I had not actually spoken to anyone saying that I would even be home at that time, and had to adjust my plans that day once I realized they were coming. A small price to pay, I suppose. The customer service was fine, and everyone was very pleasant when I spoke with them. Michael, who delivered the paperwork, was very nice and I enjoyed meeting him, as he was the only one I dealt with face to face. All in all, a good experience, and the team is the best at finding the best possible loan for your vehicle. More
