We had took the 1 1/2 hr drive to Hickory to look at a car at a nearby dealership they said they had, but did not. We were driving by and my husband said "let's stop there and just see what they have" When we pulled in the lot we were met by Cody. We told him my son was looking for a manual transmission vehicle and that he was a 1st time buyer and what his budget was. Every dealership we stopped at that day told us a manual transmission was going to be hard to find, but Cody did not. He pulled out his paper, began researching and found the vehicle my son was looking for right there on the lot. Yay! He went on a test drive with him and we bought that car. Because of that, I opted to buy my first new car with them and my experience was exactly the same. Cody Dula was an excellent salesman who listened to what I wanted and went out of his way to make sure I got exactly that. This great service also extended to the financing department who didn't make me feel cornered into a monthly payment that was unrealistic for me. They made what can be an anxiety riddled event significantly more enjoyable! More
