Great experience as David L. Hoover guided me. My husband passed away 6 months ago, coming home from church 3 weeks ago a car backed out of his drive way hit my car and his insurance com. Friendly, however no follow up Customer service was lack luster---no follow up for multiple "we owe"'s--still don't have my SD card and after three trips up to Hickory (1.5 hr round Customer service was lack luster---no follow up for multiple "we owe"'s--still don't have my SD card and after three trips up to Hickory (1.5 hr round trip) I requested it to be sent to my local Dealer for installation. I fully expect I will need to call and remind them of this vs have someone follow through on that commitment. One trip up there I rearranged work to be there at 8:30, waited 2+ hrs in the waiting room only to find out they didn't have the right parts. Other than my test drive, no one spent any time orienting me to how all the systems and features work. I had a Honda and switched to try Hyundai, but so far Honda had better service. The receptionists were friendly and so was everyone when I spent the time in the waiting room. It would just be nice for them to keep me better informed with the items still owed. More
