Great experience!!! I visited the dealership to trade in my truck for one they had on the lot. I would encourage anyone to visit him at Paramount Hyundai of Hickory...it's an hour plus ride for me, and well worth it. I have worked with the public for many years, and Jesus places value on providing excellent customer service, which I find impressive. Extremely Professional, Polite, Not Pushy at All Jesus Jimenez was incredibly polite and treated my mother(who was getting the car for herself) like it was his mother. I was tasked with finding a car that had to have very precise qualities. The car that I found was at Paramount. The only thing that I mentioned to Jesus Jimenez about were that the tires would have to have new ones within six months and he deducted the cost of four new tires from the already negotiated price. That made my mother very happy and sealed the deal. I actually worked for Paramount Volkswagen twenty-five years ago and if all the salesmen would have been courteous like Mr Jimenez, I may still be selling cars. He was as perfect as a car dealer one could ever look forward to shopping and buying , with no pressure or hassles of any kind. I would highly recommend Jesus Jimenez to anyone shopping for an automobile. More
