New car 2016 "Upon initial delivery of my vehicle there was a deep scratch on the passenger rearview mirror as well as several other minor scratches on the car. Th "Upon initial delivery of my vehicle there was a deep scratch on the passenger rearview mirror as well as several other minor scratches on the car. The car was not washed either. It took two days before someone from the dealership returned my call. I drove 56 miles (one-way) to have my car washed and have the scratches repaired. Once I got the car home, I then found some type of sticky/hard substance on the side my car that I could not remove, I also reviewed my finance paperwork and found over $4000.00 in charges that were not previously explained to me. Again it took two days for the dealership to return my call, I again drove 56 miles (one way) to the dealership where my car was fixed with the substance removed as well as the $4000 in charges removed from the total financed as it was explained that those were extra/optional charges that should have been explained to me. Although I had to put over 200 miles on my new car, my car had to be ""fixed"" twice, and there had to be extra charges removed, everyone at the dealership was quick to assist and made sure I was satisfied with my overall experience. I would still recommend Hyundai to any potential buyers." More
