He and Paramount sold me a new 2011 Sonata Hybrid Premium which was not on the lot. After having difficulty finding the Premium they loaned me an SUV to drive until my new car arrived. Worked with neil over the internet and he was very honest and stait forword with me from the start. I went to five dealerships in the area and challenged them to get me what i wanted and not what they had. E and stait forword with me from the start. Every other dealership was not very strait forword nore were they honest, but Neil was and instead of me driving five minutes to get my car I drove to hickory. Recently, we decided to trade in our SUV to ease the "pain at the pump". We were so pleased with our Hyundai Sonata that we decided to test drive a Hyundai Elantra and immediately fell in love with it also. Both vehicles look great, drive great and make our trips to the gas pump much more managable. As far as the sales team, we were both nervous when we began the process of buying the Sonata. However, it didn't take long for our sales consultant, Peter Collins, to put us totally at ease. When we decided to look at another Hyundai, we gave Peter a call one Saturday morning and he was waiting at the door to greet us. In fact, I have to admit, it was a fun experience.
