I just want to say that when I first met my salesman Neal, he made me feel right at ease by not pressuring me. My overall experience was a great one but I felt the Salesmanager could have gave me a bett Neal, he made me feel right at ease by not pressuring me. I was shopping for my new car on line. I was absolutley impressed with how Kennith handled my inquiry for pricing. He found the exact car I wanted, had it delivered from South Carolina. He gave me the very best price compared to 3 other dealers in my area. Because the Hickory dealership is not the closest to me, I actually went to another dealer to see the car and drive it. Of course they wanted my business, and because I was on site I would have considered it. The deal breaker was the price. The other dealership located the same car in South Carolina, but they could not match the price Kennith gave me. I left the other dealership, and called Kennith the following day & ordered my car! The other dealership tried to convince me that Kennith would not be able to sell me the car at my quoted price, there would be some kind of 'surpize' when I went to buy the car, which would ultimately raise the final cost. None of that occurred, Kennith was good to his word, and delivered me an awesome car -exactly what I wanted, for the very best price in town!! This is my fourth Hyundai purchase, my 3 previous being in the state of New York. I was very pleased with the service I received from Adam, who had sold my daughter her Hyundai in September 2010. We had a very bad experience at Volvo of the Triad on Friday 3/4... and came home to do more online research on Volvo's. We were torn between an XC90 and an S80 sedan. We have had 2 previous Volvo seda Friday 3/4... and came home to do more online research on Volvo's. We were torn between an XC90 and an S80 sedan. We have had 2 previous Volvo sedans, but were now in a Lexus SUV. My conversations with Kennith that next morning, 3 altogether, bumped him to the front of a trip list that included Statesville, Gastonia and Hickory. We arrived about 3pm that Saturday in Hickory, after driving an XC90 in Statesville. We liked the SUV, but were torn about the gas mileage issue. After arriving in Hickory, and finding our salesperson was with someone else, we were soon put into the car we came to see by another salesperson. Kennith met us on the lot as we returned from our test drive, and we went inside to his office to discuss the options available to us. We were prepared to sell our Lexus outright, fearing that our trade with high mileage would be undervalued.... We were wrong! Kennith was NEVER pushy, listened more than he talked, and made us feel that we were very important to him. He wanted us to get what we wanted, but with a great quality car... we did just that. The quality of the Volvo S80 that we bought was incredible! Used, but immaculate and with low miles. We are VERY pleased with our experience at Paramount!
