Amazing Dealership! Woo Hoo! I just purchased a 2015 Hyundai Tucson at Paramount Hyundai in Hickory, NC. My salesman (Charles Cappadona) was one of the nicest individu Woo Hoo! I just purchased a 2015 Hyundai Tucson at Paramount Hyundai in Hickory, NC. My salesman (Charles Cappadona) was one of the nicest individuals that I have ever met! He took me for a test drive, showed me all the features and how they operated, sat down with me to figure all the numbers and considered my budget requirements. Within a couple of hours I was driving off the lot in my new car with a toddler in tow! I have never had this experience before when purchasing a new car. As far as I am concerned, there is only one dealership and that dealership is Paramount Hyundai! Thank you all for everything! More

My Dealer, Charles Cappoda I had not driven for five years, so I had no car to go looking for new vehicle. So I called, and got Charles and explained my situation. He said he wo I had not driven for five years, so I had no car to go looking for new vehicle. So I called, and got Charles and explained my situation. He said he would bring the car to me. He showed me a Honda, and the next day I was prepared for the Honda, but Charles brought a Hyundai, nine years newer. Mr. Cappoda even brought me a credit application to fill. He went to the boss and even had the car lowered so I could afford a newer car. So I walked with a 2010 Hyundai Accent. I was going to get the 2001 Honda fully loaded, but the very next day I left with my new, safer, without all the bells and whistles, yet I could not be happier,. I couldn't be more thrilled with my choices and my new car and for Charles, Great sales job ! More
