After doing exhaustive research on the vehicle models that I was interested in, I set 4 appointments at area dealerships but only made it to one. Gary walked around the lot with me and pointed out everything in my price-range and when we couldn't find anything with the options I insisted on, he searched online until he found it at another store. We took the drive to Valdese and I drove my new car back. Gary took the time to show me everything about the car and was very patient with all of my questions. I signed the paperwork on Saturday evening and picked the car up on Monday, fully detailed and ready to go! I appreciated the direct (but not pushy) sales approach, the efficiency of the finance department and the overall professionalism of the Paramount team. Matt Church assisted me in every step of the way and answered all my questions thoroughly and sometimes, more than once, when I did not understand. I have never had a sale person provide me with such knowledge and direct attention. He was very detailed with me and went over every single feature of the brand to familiarize me with the differences in Hyundai and Toyota, the make of vehicle I had been driving for the past 10+ years. Matt has a very friendly personality and was very patient with me when I changed my mind multiple times about my car purchase. Since I was looking at the car while my husband was playing golf, he sent the car home with me so that my husband and I could test drive the car and discuss whether this was the car we wanted to buy. Everyone at the dealership was so friendly and nice. All the paper-work for financing the car was ready for us to sign when we went to the finance manager. He was also very nice and fun to work with.
