Mr. Church spoke to me regarding my intended use and desired features for the automobile I was searching for -- as discussed the particular model I had in mind (the Sonata). Our sales associate, Andy Harris, was very friendly and helpful without being at all pushy. He was very polite and courteous as well. When we went in to Paramount, we had rented a Hyundai Elantra while on vacation and liked it very much. We were planning to trade and/or lease within the month and had intended to look again at the Hond Elantra while on vacation and liked it very much. We were planning to trade and/or lease within the month and had intended to look again at the Honda, but felt that the Hyundai would likely be our first choice. Adam met us and brought a beautiful Elantra out. He also showed us the Sonata. We had lots of questions and Adam answered all of them. We was EXTREMELY patient with us and gave us prices with and without trade-in on a 2012 as well as to lease. The outcome of our visit was that we leased a Sonata directly from the showroom floor. The color and options were exactly what we'd wanted and the price was well within what we'd hoped it would be. What we particularly liked about Adam was his patience, knowledge of the product, and non-pressure way of working with us. He definitely has the type personality that is a winner for automobile sales work! An added note I would like to mention too, was that the young black man with whom we dealt for the signing of all the papers was very knowledgeable and pleasant as well. (I do not remember his name but think his first name began with a "D." We look forward to dealing with Paramount and to driving our new Hyundai! More

I came in to look at new cars and John was very helpfull. I had many questions and they were answered very quickly and to my satisfaction.
