I had the pleasure of meeting salesman by the name of Matthew cook. Fun fact he's actually a chef! And he loves to cook. He was very pleasant and down to earth. He had the car that I wanted to look at ready as soon as I pulled into the lot because I had called him and talked about the car that I saw on Carfax. Buying the car was very easy he made it simple and there was not a ton of paperwork. It took me on a nice test drive told me all the features of the car which was fantastic it was a Hyundai Kona limited, beautiful vehicle! It only had 5,800 miles on it which was great for me because my car that I had had 148,000 miles on it and it was just about ready to die! So this Hyundai he was showing me was absolutely beautiful and it is so comfortable to drive! Elijah Reese the manager was just as pleasant as Matthew! He made the process very easy show me my options they were about eight different options that I could choose from with different warranty options including options with gap insurance and showing the monthly payment and the interest rate of each package. He had this really cool LED / LCD monitor that was flat on the desk going to took up the whole desk and you had this special electronic pen that you just tap or sign your name on it and it was so huge that all the small print you could see it clearly I didn't even need my glasses! It was unbelievable I'd never seen anything like that before and it made the process so much easier! Elijah Reese was down to earth just like Matthew and you didn't have this intimidating feeling from either one of them. It was such a warm friendly family type environment no intimidation tactics no making you feel like you couldn't afford a vehicle nothing like that it was just almost like hanging out with some friends and making a deal on a car. I would recommend Paramount Hyundai of hickory to anybody! I lived in Mount Holly and it was a bit of a drive to get there but it was a nice drive there was no traffic beautiful scenery on the way up and it was just a smooth sailing ride. Very easy to find on the GPS or your navigation system. And there's a McDonald's right across the street if you're hungry! If you looking for a car and you think you can't afford a brand new one think again. Like I said before this car had 5,800 miles on it and I had one user before why they didn't want to keep it is beyond me but its definitely brand new! Also which was the icing on the cake here it might not mean much to some people but it means a lot to me and that is when we finalize everything and Matthew bought the car around I didn't notice until I was driving away in the new car that he had filled the gas tank to full! And he also had the car washed on the outside and cleaned on the inside! I thought that was really impressive because I purchased cars before and I never had that happen. So it was a very nice feeling and I'm just so very happy with the entire process! In time I'm going to need a second car because my wife and I only have the one. When I save the money I'm coming right back here to see Matthew and Elijah Reese for my second car. More
