Did not appear rushed or impatient as I looked at and drove several Souls. Signing the paperwork has gotten much easier and quicker with the table top large screen electronic document display. Just sign on the screen instead of on paper. The only suggestion I have is for the Finance and Insurance department to spend more time explaining the Certified Pre Owned service plan options and their costs. More
