Despite my attitude, they remained patient and respectful, eventually approaching me again to ask how they could assist. I hesitantly explained my situation. Although I was initially skeptical and dismissive of their suggestions, they showed me a beautiful 2023 Mitsubishi Outlander. It was used but in incredible condition. Maria was knowledgeable and patient, offering helpful insights from an empathetic perspective that made me feel truly comfortable. While I had no intention of buying a used vehicle, Maria’s honesty and support led me to a purchase that turned out to be the best deal I’ve ever made. Jordan Ogle, the Finance Director, helped me as much as he could help the victim of identity theft who hasn't had a credit card in 10 years. I may decide to apply for a credit card one of these days, but I own a house without a mortgage and I paid for my car with cash, so who needs a credit card? I am a rugged individualist and I refuse to become part of "the man's" machine. Anyway, I thoroughly enjoyed meeting the staff at Paramount Kia of Asheville and boring them with tales of my formerly very exciting life. Paramount Kia of Asheville had a big selection of cars to choose from and they were very upfront about pricing of their vehicles. There were no hidden fees or additional charges for options that I didn't wan choose from and they were very upfront about pricing of their vehicles. There were no hidden fees or additional charges for options that I didn't want (like ceramic coating or nitrogen in the tires). They had the best prices out of any Kia dealership in a 100 mile radius from my hometown. The sales associate, Jatin Patel was excellent to work with. He was very quick to respond and answered all of my questions before making the trip to the dealership. They gave me top dollar for my trade in value and Jordan in the finance office made the paperwork quick and easy. Overall it was an excellent experience!!! More
