It's been years since I had to purchase a new vehicle. Getting back into the car market was a bit unnerving, to say the least. I've always heard that Kias were some of the best cars on the road so I took my chance and headed out to Paramount Kia. The sales person I worked with, Tim Cousins, was friendly, understanding, helpful and hardly pushy. I had an idea of what I wanted and needed when I arrived and Tim was able to get an extremely satisfactory rate on a more than beautiful Kia Forte. This was my first car purchase in almost 20 years and by far, Paramount Kia was able to not only sell me a well owned used vehicle but did it without having me feel that I needed to do it right now and worked with me to make sure I could afford it as well. And the purchase gave me some safety and at least something more akin to the 21st century to ride around in. This is a dealership I would recommend to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. I don't know yet how the service department holds up but that will be forthcoming at the first service appointment. It was well worth the trip out to Paramount. More

We did do the test drive, but the model available didn't have some of the features we wanted on it, so our salesperson Mike Newman was going to search for other available options. In the meantime, he asked us to test drive a Kia Sorento that had everything we wanted, plus things we didn't know we wanted. Long story made short, we ended up purchasing it, and trading in the car we drove in that day. Everyone we met was pleasant and helpful to us. The only thing my husband & I didn't care for is we were looking at a small two seater truck & was told we couldn't ride alone. Even with driver license & was willing to fill out some type of form. Andrew had to ride with one of us at a time. I'm thinking with driver license, insurance information & a credit card this should prove that the customer are ok to test drive a vehicle. More
