Adding in the used Ford Transit Van we lucked into there gives us 6 purchasing experiences at Paramount in the past year. Obviously we like something! The sales staff will find the vehicles you want, and they will do it quickly (I gave them 2 days lead time on the last 2 Souls). And while the first experience there may take a little bit of time as they get you into their systems, once you're there the buying experience is an absolute, professional breeze. I've also had many experiences with their service department for routine maintenance. Appointments are easy to get, and they are kept! I've never had an undue delay, nor have I had any hint of unnecessary work or overcharging. And the staff is professional, happy, and thorough in their communications. Odie was both excellent in providing me with my first experience with the car and then with understanding all of the electronics after the purchase. He indicated the anytime I needed help with the technology that he was always available. And of course Kia is an amazing product. My Kia Niro so far has exceeded my expectations and I really believe I received a good price for the vehicle and for my trade in. Both the product and the people at Paramount Kia are five stars More

Figure I be turn down but my sales rep was incredibly helpful and work with me and Came in to find find a vehicle to help established credit history. Figure I be turn down but my sales rep was incredibly helpful and work with me and got me financed then managed to get me a great used car I was expecting a huge interest rate and was pretty high walked out with the car the same day. Came back the next day to finish paper work and my sales rep continued to work on my financing the next morning on his own and got me a much lower interest rate almost an 8th of what it was before.
