Salesman of the year - Chris Isaac I went in after looking all day. It was pouring rain. He greeted me in the car lot, offered me his umbrella, assisted me to the showroom, where he too I went in after looking all day. It was pouring rain. He greeted me in the car lot, offered me his umbrella, assisted me to the showroom, where he took down everything I was looking for. Then he brought car after car into a warm garage for me to look at so I could stay out of the rain. He found the perfect car for me. He was the most professional individual I have worked with in a long time. But the management left a lot to be desired. The manager couldn't be bothered to look at my trade in, making me wait forever to appraise it and the finance guy glared at me the entire time. I had my car appraised by three other dealers that morning. The finance guy insulted my intelligence by offering $5,000 less than all the rest for my new luxury automobile. They obviously did not want to make a sale. It's a shame because Chris did everything right!!!! More

Overall the experience was very positive. The staff was very friendly and kind. I would definitely recommend Krisha, especially if you are not a fan of the typical high pressure, hard sell car buying experience. Once I decided to buy my car, I called ahead and asked her to help me get everything ready so I could get on the road with my car as soon as possible and she did. Krisha made buying my car a pleasant experience. More

I left my information with the salesman and he sent a monthly email and followed about with a monthly phone call. After my daughters 16th birthday, I decided to get her car as a Christmas gift. The salesman who had followed up with me so regularly had left the dealership but passed my information along. The new salesman just happened to call me and I figured I'd drop in and see what they had on the lot. I appreciated that the salesman came in on his day off to show me a few cars. I arrived at 11:00am and at 1:45pm I had picked a car, test drove it, gone to my credit union and insurance company, and was the proud owner of my daughters first car......cant wait until Christmas! More
