Donavan M was very kind, attentive, and patient with the process. He texted me right away after I inquired about a car and had it ready for me to test drive when I arrived. I waited for over an hour. When I got there I felt rushed through the process and despite asking for a warranty the finance person had no warranty options ready for me and stated that I would have to pay out of pocket for that. This was disappointing since I had procured financing from an outside credit union and came in with a check exceeding the amount of the purchase plus a service plan. I would come back to buy from Donovan anytime though! Great guy! More
