We were able to see and test drive our car within twelve hours after Chris told us about its availability. Chris made sure the car was immaculate when it was shown to us. This is an example his attention to “detail” and the value of a customer. He was able to answer any questions we had during the test drive. We have bought a cars from Chris in the past, and followed him to the Paramont group. Chris listened to what was a necessity for me - I run a parrot rescue in Hickory, and it was absolutely necessary tnat the cargo area accommodated multiple travel cages. He recognized this was important and found the perfect vehicle. Chris was able to explain the possibility of receiving a better finance rate than we would receive from the State employees Credit Union. The end result was that we followed his suggestion. We also recognized the importance of faith surrounding the business attitude of the paramount employees and ownership. More

Challenger Purchase Bought a very nice Dodge Challenger. The car is a 2010 with less than 17,000 miles. Less than a week after the purchase I noticed the tires were dry r Bought a very nice Dodge Challenger. The car is a 2010 with less than 17,000 miles. Less than a week after the purchase I noticed the tires were dry rotting. Still had the original tires with good tread, just dry rot. Called the dealer and they told me to bring it down and they would work with me. Bottom line I got a set of new tires. They didn’t have to help but they did. Best part is there was no haggling. He was so easing going, made us feel comfortable during the test drive. He was so great to work with, great personality that was genuine, no pressure and the deal all came together.
