He even came in on his day off to assist with finishing up the paperwork. They worked until they were able to get me a payment I could afford. Buying a car is stressful to me, but Paramount Kia made it such a smooth and easy going experience. Great service When my wife decided to want to trade her car, I had my 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport, and was so pleased with it that we decided to look at a Hyundai When my wife decided to want to trade her car, I had my 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport, and was so pleased with it that we decided to look at a Hyundai for her. I looked at Paramount's website and found a car that we both liked. I contacted Cathy Revis online and explained to her what we were looking at doing and where we needed to keep payments and asked her to run some numbers for us and see what she could come up with. She was very prompt with getting back to us with the info and setting up a time to come and look at the car and deal. She had everything ready and waiting and we purchased the car for my wife, Ingrid. Everyone knows that it takes time to get the paperwork and everything done when purchasing a new car, but Cathy stayed right with us talking and making us feel right at home. We purchased the 2016 Accent for Ingrid and a few days later we were talking about trading my 2014 Santa Fe Sport for a new model. I contacted Cathy and told her what we were talking about and asked her to see what she could come up with. She was very prompt to find the vehicle I wanted and to get back in touch we me with the info. She set up a time to meet with her and we brought the 2017 Santa Fee home that day. We were very pleased and happy with the way that Cathy treated us and went out of her way to make sure we were completely happy with every part of our experience. We have developed a friendship with Cathy and are even facebook friends now. I had a very pleasant experience at this dealership. I went to this dealership to look at a Camry but it was more than I could spend so Cathy Rivas went out of her way to find me a car at the dealership I went to this dealership to look at a Camry but it was more than I could spend so Cathy Rivas went out of her way to find me a car at the dealership next door that was in my budget range. They allowed me to bring it back to Winston-Salem so my mechanic could inspect it as well as the deal I was getting.
