A MAJOR problem resolved! I bought a 2014 Kia Sorrento from Dustin on 3/23/17. This vehicle was a long overdue birthday present for my wife of 35 years and my only stipulation I bought a 2014 Kia Sorrento from Dustin on 3/23/17. This vehicle was a long overdue birthday present for my wife of 35 years and my only stipulations were a 3.3l V-6, All Wheel Drive, and a price within my reasons. Since this vehicle had so many options that it was like a Boeing 747 cockpit I called Dustin and he ordered me an owner's manual And had it Fed-Ex'ed to my home in just days. On the evening of 4/3/17 a friend familiar with this vehicle informed me that it was NOT an All Wheel Drive, my wife and I were livid. After a sleepless night I took the vehicle back to Paramount Kia and spoke with Dustin about the problem. He proved to me that he is a truly concerned with his customers' satisfaction and after several hours of viewing everything on the lot and vehicles that they could get me I found one that fit my desires. When I left Paramount Kia of Hickory that day I drove out in exactly what I had wanted originally. It did cost me a little more but my wife and I are both satisfied. More
