I have been trying for the last 8 hours for someone to answer the phone at the service department. I have left messages and have had no response. I’ve never had this experience with any dealership. How ca answer the phone at the service department. I have left messages and have had no response. I’ve never had this experience with any dealership. How can you leave a customer hanging all day without the courtesy of a call back? More
