They welcomed us in and did not judge us for our situation, credit score or trade ins that we had. The car buying experience was made easy. Tim crowder also was a big help and stayed in touch with us until the process was over. But, I am not happy with the detailing part of service. Left stickers on windows, didn't clean windows, scratched back of trunk, took floor mats and have to chase them down to get it back. One detail guy took pictures of car when we left now we are here for the third time to get it cleaned. The car already has a miss in it and Bobbi scheduled us yo get it fixed and they didn't put his in system so now we have to wait two more weeks to car looked at. More
