Happy customer! I went to Paramount to test drive a Porsche Macan. I wasn't sure if I was ready to trade cars but was beginning to look around. Mark Cloninger helped I went to Paramount to test drive a Porsche Macan. I wasn't sure if I was ready to trade cars but was beginning to look around. Mark Cloninger helped us. He was very patient and knowledgable. In addition, my husband fell in love with a truck on the lot. Mark and Caleb were very fair with the trades and purchase pricing. Awesome experience, great purchase My search for a used car brought me to Paramount Porsche Volvo VW. Being from out of town, Evan Payne was quick to help me out and send me footage of My search for a used car brought me to Paramount Porsche Volvo VW. Being from out of town, Evan Payne was quick to help me out and send me footage of a walk through of the car. I decided to take the trip to Hickory to take a closer look and likely purchase the car. Everyone I worked with was very helpful and professional. Once I was sold on this car, Josh kept the paperwork process as quick and simple as possible, making sure I got the deal right for me . The purchasing experience was made very easy. They even went beyond by bringing paperwork to me 150 miles away. Over the next few days Evan checked on my experience driving the new car. I was encouraged to come to them if I needed any help or had any kind of questions in the future. The staff is very friendly and definitely seems to care about their customers. Professional and great pricing Just recently sold my VW Touared diesel, and I was in the market for a used Jetta wagon TDI. After researching in the Internet, I came across one at Paramount. Mark Cloninger was very professional and was able to get me a great and fair price. I was sold. We drove down to Hickory for VA beach and picked up the car on Saturday. Mark had the car ready, it had been cleaned and ready for delivery.
