The negotiated a red car for me and I agreed to the sale via email and they said they would have it ready This dealer did several things that I like. The negotiated a red car for me and I agreed to the sale via email and they said they would have it ready for me that day. I showed up and found out they sold the red car the day before. I think I should have been notified before I got there. I did all the extra stuff I could to speed up the payment process and I wanted the papers ready for me to sign when I got there. Instead, I spend almost 3.5 hours waiting. I was told the replacement car I choose had mud flaps which was part of the negotiation. After the sale, they said they needed to install them. I didn't care for them to begin with and I would have negotiated differently if I knew they were not already on the car. I was unaware that this car had the technology package. I didn't even know I had a camera until I left the dealer and backed up. I knew it had navigation but I don't think the packages on this car were defined to me very well. I did not like the 300+ miles already on my are and someone else's phone already connected to my new car. The detailing could have been better, the inside windows had dried wets spots all over the front and back windshield, making it hard to see at night. I did not like that I talked about the warranty coverage and when I went to sign papers with finance it changed. It took me several days to decide that I wanted to purchase this car. I received several emails and several phone calls from the dealer in one day. I think that was a bit too much. I think one call or one email would have been enough. The sales person and the receptionist were both contacting me over and over. With that much communication I think they should have known that the red car I wanted was sold first. More

Bob was attentive and proficient, with a simple phone call (once I made my decision) he was able to secure financing at an excellent interest rate, complete paperwork and basically have everything prepared once I arrived.
