On Saturday, November 3rd, we traveled from Boone to Hickory, NC for the purpose of looking for a new family automobile. We had no intentions of actually making a purchase on that day. After a brief discussion of our requirements he went to work showing us the inventory that met our needs. He was helpful but never pushy throughout the process. We appreciated the manner in which he approached this sale. The level of trust that developed between Rick and us made us very comfortable. Rick worked hard to get us a fair price and we were pleased with the final financial arrangements. Rick was also thorough and very patient explaining all the features of the Tiguan. i started my search over the internet . With in 15 min i had a reply email and i was on my way to buying a new 2013 jetta tdi . I came to look at a VW diesel Passet but wound up buying. Barney Peeler made the entire process so easy that there was no way I could not buy.
