Bought a Vw id 4 2024 as today the car have a recall 93ea. called to get the car taken care, they told me dont have the tool and contact another dealership, which I did and they told me it can took two 93ea. called to get the car taken care, they told me dont have the tool and contact another dealership, which I did and they told me it can took two days or more and they dont have a loaner for me, neither obliged to take my car and to call to whom I purchased the car from( Paramount vw) Paramount vw service employ hang on me. called to talked to a manager about and the secretary Tammy called me back to tell me the same go to another dealership weren't service your car. how rude is a employee and the manager over them!!! if they dont care about a customer how bought many cars from there what do you expect !!! dont buy cars from there they dont take care of you after sold the car. We worked with Britt to purchase 2 new vehicles for our family after a total loss. He was easy to get along with and extremely detail oriented to make sure everything was perfect and ready to go. Our only family after a total loss. He was easy to get along with and extremely detail oriented to make sure everything was perfect and ready to go. Our only gripe with the dealership was working with finance. We had an extremely long (90+ min) wait time to sign for the first vehicle and had issues on their end paying cash for our second vehicle. Ultimately it was resolved but it was a long couple of days. Britt advocated to get us in our new cars and we’re very excited to be driving them! More
