I have leased and bought a few cars from them. Salesman Giovanni and mgr Nick Thomas went out of their way with last purchase. I used up 4+ hours of Giovanni’s time looking at some vehicles deciding what I was most interested in, and yet, still stayed extremely pleasant and helpful and answered all questions I had and we test drove a few vehicles too, without any issues letting me do so. Have to say I ended up buying from paramount Kia this time because they has the car I was interested in, but Giovanni worked with both dealers, VW and Kia, and got the deal I wanted. Got a very good price and a really good trade price out of it without ever feeling forced to do something. I almost walked 3 times. I also have to say it was a lease I traded and this is where Nick went above and beyond to solve an issue I never thought would occur with trade (turn in) of lease. Kia didn’t cover something I never paid on a lease before and Nick covered it. I’m sure he didn’t have to since I went thru Kia, but shows the dealership has care for past buyers and new. That same day I was there for my 30,000 mile maintenance and have to say the service department went above and beyond too. I was wandering parking lot and they came out and got me when done and also did a complete cleaning of my car inside and out which I wasn’t expecting. Sorry I don’t remember the guy’s name who took care of check in and out. I would recommend paramount in hickory to anyone and will be back when time for another vehicle just because of the experience. Can’t say all dealerships are this good or put up with as much hassle as I felt I gave over everything. Shouts out to Giovanni, Nick, and the service department. Hate car dealerships for the most part, but was one of the best, of many cars I’ve bought, and y’all made it one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. Thanks to you all!! More

Our experience at Paramount was BY FAR the best we've ever had buying a new car. From arriving on the lot, test driving the car, working the deal (with trade in), getting financed, and signing all the pa ever had buying a new car. Worked a deal that he couldn't uphold.
