I asked to speak with someone that is very familiar with the Chevy Silverado, and from that point forward it was clear sailing. Outstanding performance and a great job. I highly recommend Mr. Mann for his ability to be very professional and well trained in knowing all the vehicles inside and out. He was able to be very helpful and informative in guiding me through step by step process to make sure that nothing was skipped or missed. I was introduced to Mary LoPonte. I told her what I was looking for and immediately she was determined to make me feel as comfortable and confident that I was in great hands and I was going to get the exact car that I wanted for a price that I would feel great about. She understood what it was I wanted and what my budget was and within ten minutes of searching inventory she found exactly what I wanted and started working on a deal that I would feel great about. Most carsales person's try and push a deal that's good for them but not Mary she's truly one of a kind. She was able to put the deal together in no time that I was hoping to get, actually a better deal then I expected. She even followed me to another dealership to return my old leased car and brought me back. She has a way of making you feel like you're dealing with a close friend and not a car sales person.
