Hard start - Battery After experiencing hard starting and low battery voltage I figured that I should check the electrical system so I went here because it was convenient. They diagnosed the problem immediately (needed a new battery) and serviced my car while I sipped a complementary cafe macchiato in a very comfortable clean customer lounge. I'll never go to a grease-pit service center again! Thanks to Tom McLoughlin (Service Advisor) for being pleasant and for explaining what was needed and what the cost would be (very reasonable).
