I didn't believe good dealerships like this really existed! From the moment we stepped into the clean, quiet, air-conditioned salesroom, we were greeted warmly and introduced to Tony. We were initially apprehensive after a previous awful experience at another dealership, but Tony quickly put us at ease. He was friendly and honest; completely transparent with us every step of the way. Before we even sat in the car, he was up-front that the low online price we found was a no-haggle price, and that was fine with us. After our test drive, he introduced us to his manager Martin who walked us through the service records of the car to further put us at ease that this was a great car-- it had almost 100,000 miles on it, and we had no doubt it would see us through another 100,000 miles. When it came to the numbers, Tony was again completely transparent. None of this used car "focus on the monthly payments" or "I'm gonna go talk to the boss/bank, wish me luck!" squares-on-a-piece-of-paper nonsense. There weren't any sneaky "oh that price included discounts which you don't qualify for" surprises, either. The price we saw was the price we got. Tony started with the no-haggle sale price of the car and then went down the chart with us to explain the various fees and taxes, being honest about which were optional, to get the final price for financing. All of the numbers made sense-- this is how it should be done! The following day we were given the great news-- we were approved for financing, and at a reasonable rate! Tony, Martin, and the team went above and beyond to help us get this car-- they knew we were in a tight spot, and they went to bat for us. The paperwork took a few hours, but they were up-front about how long it would take, and Wil was very patient with me as I read the fine print and double-checked the numbers. Finally we got our temp plates and keys, they even put in a brand new car battery, and we were ready to go! We walked into Paramus Chevrolet apprehensive and defensive against shady used car trickery. We walked out with our new-to-us Camry, overwhelmed with joy and genuinely feeling as though we were part of a family. I didn't believe that good dealerships like this really existed, and it's super important that we support them. I cannot recommend Paramus Chevrolet enough-- even though we bought a Toyota, our positive experience has sold us on Chevy for life. Thank you Tony and Martin! More

He greated us with such positive attitude which he projected throughout our entire visit. When we settled on our wants and needs Andy chose the vehicle for our first test drive. It turned out to be the only test drive needed. Andy listened to us and astutely provided what met our needs. Watching him through the process dealing with higher management, the previous lease company, the new lease company, the auto insurance company, pumping out that stack of paper work (all by himself) and in such a kool undisturbed manner. And finally,after attaching the temporary plates, going over every single feature of our new vehicle, being assured we understood, thanking us for being a continual customer and making sure that we knew we should call him if any question came to mind, we drove off in our new 2018 Equinox.
