He was fittingly enthusiastic and his animated personality made the car leasing experience enjoyable from start to finish. My wife and I appreciated his humor, but also his sharing valuable pointers and bits of info through out the whole process. He was diligent and informative which we appreciated, and his confidence and knowledge sharing during the whole transaction was reassuring. You like having that when going through a lengthy process like leasing. It was over all quite smooth and we love our 2017 Malibu. Also, Killer sale Paramus Chevy, you guys rock. More

4th Lease in 6 years Brought home our 4th lease in 6 years from this dealership tonight. This is my second time dealing with Bill Mann and I have no complaints. He got me into a much better vehicle than I expected for a price less than I was paying for the current one that has way less options. I have a massive issue with car dealers and have a lot of trouble trusting them. Bill is only the 2nd one in 20+ years of buying/leasing cars for myself and my family that I don't think tried to pull one over on me. That's high marks for me. Always do your research, but having a dealer who doesn't seem to fit the stereotype doesn't hurt. I highly recommend him and Paramus Chevrolet. More

very poor service I had my brand new 2017 vette service at Paramus Chevy.It was only a simple oil change. Well let me say the guy that worked on it first did not know I had my brand new 2017 vette service at Paramus Chevy.It was only a simple oil change. Well let me say the guy that worked on it first did not know how to fill the oil!!!! he under filled it then when checked it , it was overfilled!!!!I had to teach him how to check the oil level on a dry sump vette. I cannot imagine how Paramus Chevy would hire Somebody for $8.00 an hour to work on $100,000 car?????!!!! I ask him what kind of oil he said mobil1 I think!?What weight oil I asked he said Don't know.It used to be a good service dept NOT ANYMORE!!!! Good thing they did not do my recall on the air bag who knows what would happened They will never see my money again More

My service writer was Kathleen Doyl I was in the shop a couple of weeks ago (been meaning to write this review) because my check engine light came on. My service writer was Kathleen Doyle and she went above and beyond to help me out!Warranty solutions wanted receipts from previous oil changes, I provided most all of them but they still needed to bring an adjuster in to take a look at my car. Kathleen kept me in the loop the whole time and really went to bat for me. She is an excellent service writer and anyone would be lucky to work with her! Thanks for making my experience a stress free one! More

Good, but have your insurance ready Andy was very knowledgeable about the cars he demonstrated, and very approachable. After going through the fine details and scheduling a time to come Andy was very knowledgeable about the cars he demonstrated, and very approachable. After going through the fine details and scheduling a time to come in to finalize the deal, we had about 36 to 48 hours to have our insurance in place to pick up the car. This experience nearly soured the deal as Andy was either unable or unwilling to contact our insurance agent to give him the information to have the insurance ready. In full disclosure, it was the week of President's day so the entire staff was very busy. That being said, if there was no time available to contact our agent then letting us know earlier would have been much easier so we did not have to scramble a few hours before. Had I gone with the insurance he had continually offered through an affiliate of the dealer, I would have paid over $2k per year as a young driver (24) instead of a slight decrease with my family plan. In all, it was an average experience, but the continual push of the affiliated insurance left a poor last impression. More

Andy worked with us for a while allowing us to test drive a Chevy Cruze that we were interested in. He was also quite gracious when I made it clear that this was our first stop on the hunt for a new auto and I really needed to go test drive a different car before making my final decision. We left, and within 30 minutes returned to Andy at Paramus Chevrolet to purchase a 2017 Chevy Cruze. Andy and Russ (Finance) were very thorough and did a great job finding us a financing deal that suited our situation. And Andy made sure that we were given a proper introduction to our vehicle before it left the lot. Thanks everyone! More
