Great! Normally I hate the process of getting a new car, not this time. Bob Brooks and the Paramus Chevrolet team was great to work with. The model we wanted was not in stock but Bob worked hard to get us in the exact vehicle we were looking for and kept me updated daily until it came in. Not only was he very knowledgable about the vehicle but a very interesting guy personally and you could tell he really cares about his customers. Everyone at the dealership was fantastic but Bob really added that personal touch. More

No pressure! I spent a total of about 6 hours with Lennie Clark, going between two different cars. Back and forth, just not sure. He never pressured me. Gave me the pros of each, what to look for in what I really wanted. I was all set on one and then, at the 11th hour, I changed my mind. I was going to buy the Trax and ended up with a Terrain. It has become the car of my dreams! I love this car so much I park it in the extreme corners of lots and make sure no one can park near it. Every day I learn about something more it does. This was a great car buying experience and I would recommend my friends to go see Lennie if they want a car. He really went above and beyond. More
