One morning I received the email about the pick up service availability so I called. The woman that answered the phone for service was very friendly and helpful in setting up the day and time for pick up. Also the guys that picked up and returned my SUV were friendly (while still maintaining social distancing ) . Overall it was a very satisficing experience.. Which is not surprising, because over the years this is the way all of my interactions with Paramus Chevy have been. More
